When a kitty is napping, that's the best time to pet their belly!
Each of Da Boyz just roll over to give better access to the tum-tums, but when they are awake and full of energy, one touches a belly at their own risk...

Charlee: "Chaplin and I are both into belly rubs without going in for the kill. The jury is still out on Oona's belly rub philosophy, though."
Oona: "I AM SMOL AND CANNOT CONTROL MYSELF SOMETIMES!!!"
Chaplin: "We know!'

Bwahahahahahahaha. I so remember that. The murder mitts come out at the three second mark.

Absolutely purrfect...this is totally Cooper Murphy! Mom had a good laugh! Sawyer sends his beloved Noelle oodles of paw hugs and all his love. 💗 Stinky promises that he will actually take Periwinkle somewhere in two weeks. He is already planning it. MOL! That's so true for lots of cats. Fortunately our Ava is not one of them, though. :)

Yep - so true.....but even better is that most of the time you really don't know PRECISELY when the "time is up" and you wind up getting a painful request to stop the belly rub !

Heeheehee! That's generally true, although our Mikey loved his belly rubs. He also knew more English than any cat i'd ever met, and he knew he was black and white and tried to make friends with every black and white cat he ever met.
