As she always did on Tuesdays, Periwinkle waited by the Teleportation Tunnel for the arrival of her fiance, Stinky. She had something special planned today so he was arriving later than normal. She didn't have to wait long because, with a WOOSH, he tumbled out into her waiting paws. They spent time whisker kissing, paw patting, and catching up on the last week. One of the week's highlights (other than their Tuesday Adventure) was the arrival of Santa on a firetruck at Periwnkle's house. Periwinkle told Stinky she had her Mom video Santa so she could share it with Stinky and with all of their followers.
Unfortunately, YouTube makes everything under 3 minutes into a "short" so we can only share the link. Click HERE to see Santa. Periwinkle did get some photos of Santa and the truck.
Stinky was impurressed and they discussed how impawtent it is to be extra good and not naughty this time of year. Since it was still light out, they decided to visit a couple of non-lighted Christmas displays.
No surprise to Periwinkle, Stinky ran onto the roof when he saw this display. Periwinkle rolled her eyes and quietly sighed.
There were lots of snowmen and Santa decorations at this house...
Their friend Rudy and the rest of the decorations at his house were not inflated so Periwinkle said she would keep going by to see them when they were ready.
Next, they saw this dolphin mailbox dressed as Mrs. Claus. "That reminds me, I hope we get to see the manatees this year," said Stinky. Periwinkle giggled and said that her Mom took a photo of Noelle and said she looked like a manatee. Stinky promised not to share that with Noelle.
They had a little time before it got dark out so the tabbies decided to have a quick snack. Periwinkle was glad she found the Christmas Temptations for them.
They were disappointed that the blow-ups were not inflated at this house since there are lots of them.
As soon as they finished their snack, they hopped into Periwinkle's Mom's car to see the lighted decorations. The first stop was a visit to Jack Skellington...
Stinky couldn't resist getting close to Yeti. Periwinkle reminded him Santa was watching and he quickly got down.
They saw this opportunity to take a memory photo...
When they got back to Periwinkle's house they spent time whisker kissing and paw patting. Stinky visited with Periwinkle's fursibs and then entered the tunnel to head home. Stinky promised not to be naughty. They were both looking forward to next week's Adventure since it will be Christmas Eve!
