A cool Meme for Friday

Our Pal Goma tagged us to play the 6th photo meme! This is a cool Meme!!

Here are the rules:
1. Go to your Picture Folder on your computer or wherever you store your pictures.
2. Go to the 6th Folder and then pick the 6th Picture.
3. Post it on your bloggy and tell the story that goes with the picture.

This picture has a bittersweet story to it. Mom sells lots of purrty things with Cats on them online (http://www.friendsfurever.com/) and at Cat Shows. Even though she doesn't keep one everything she sells, she does keep a few things for herself. This is a close-up of a Birman Cat on one of the pretty Christmas sweaters she sold in 2002. She loved it and kept one since Sniffie, Ellie and Allie are all Birmans. Because she has so many cute Christmas t-shirts and sweaters and lots of Friends FurEver stock, she stored them with all of her other Christmas things in a climate controlled warehouse. July of 2007 there was a terrible fire in the warehouse and she lost everything. Mom had a ton of very special Cat Christmas things and many Christmas ornaments that were her Mom and Grandmoms. Everything was gone except for a couple of things.

Mom was very sad that she lost all of her precious items. A few weeks ago she was looking on Ebay and found the same sweater she had...and she won the auction. Here is a full view of it.

She was so happy when she found it! We were too 'cause we know she loved wearing it with the very special Birman cat on it!!

Everytime Mom sees this picture she wants to snuggle my tummy! I'm trying to keep my beautiful toes nice and clean and she wants to snuggle....silly Mom. These paws need to be purrfect!

Silly Sunday with Ellie

Ellie did it again! Silly Girl! Mom was looking for something in her closet and heard a silly, pittiful meow. She couldn't figure out where it was coming from - and then she looked WAY up....and saw this:

Um....you disturbed my nap Mom! I'm just chillaxin' here!

Come help me Mom, Please!!! Look at the scardy look on my pretty face!

Fortunately, Mom came to her rescue (again!!) Poor Ellie will NEVER learn!

Two on Tuesday

Ellie says "Big brothers are so nice to snuggle with." Tamir is being such a good brother. We think he's giving a sweet headbonk to Ellie. Needless to say, snuggles only happen when ELLIE wants them to happen. Such a Diva!!

Double Trouble Thursday

Hi Efurry one!

We're Ellie and Allie! Our real names are Zorelda and Zoralda but we like Ellie and Allie better. Sometimes we are called "The Little Girl" and "The Big Girl". We're sisters and really act like it...sometimes we're loving on each other, sometimes we ignore each other and sometimes we fight like ....we'll it's a Cat Fight!! We never hurt each other though, it's all in fun. Like Sniffie, we're Lilac Point Birmans. We're 6 years old and known as "Double Trouble" for some reason.

Meowmy takes loads of pictures of us. We were trying to help her do the laundry in that picture!

Toes Tuesday - Four on the Floor

Sniffie, Ellie and Allie are Lilac Point Birmans. They are the Sacred Cats of Burma and all Birmans have white paws (gloves and laces). Tamir (the Tubby Tabby) is a ginger colored Tabby rescue kitty - with white paws! We think Tamir is really a Birman inside all that red fur!! Tamir wanted to take this time to show his "Four on the Floor". Tamir says that is NOT his belly hanging down - its a floofy blur!

Lazy Summer Sunday - Snoozing again!

What a busy week we had! We're ready to snooze today. Our Meowmy said something about cleaning the house - what's with that? We think she should nap all day like us!!

Flat Cat Friday

Don't I look comfy? Meowmy wonders how I can get myself so flat! I really need to learn to relax!! I'm thinking of all the fun things I plan on doing with her this weekend!!! Meowmy has a new camera and that means lots of fun for me!

Three Birman Thursday

Here we are having fun in our Cat Tree - Sniffie, Allie and Ellie all together. Usually we're all making hissy face when we're this close! Sniffie lived with our Mom first. Ellie and Allie are real sisters who came later. As usual, Ellie has the top spot! Sniffie is in the round tube and Allie is at the bottom showing off her beautiful gloves! We're all lilac point Birmans!
