Wordy Wednesday

Lately Ellie has been sleeping on Dad's pillow with him....well...sort of with him since she hogs the pillow. The other night Dad got up to use the human Litter Box and when he came back he saw THIS. Of course Mom had to get up and take a picture. We managed to take over ALL of Dad's side of the bed!!!

We thought these kitties dancing The Nutcracker was fun to watch...enjoy!

This picture has a bittersweet story to it. Mom sells lots of purrty things with Cats on them online (http://www.friendsfurever.com/) and at Cat Shows. Even though she doesn't keep one everything she sells, she does keep a few things for herself. This is a close-up of a Birman Cat on one of the pretty Christmas sweaters she sold in 2002. She loved it and kept one since Sniffie, Ellie and Allie are all Birmans. Because she has so many cute Christmas t-shirts and sweaters and lots of Friends FurEver stock, she stored them with all of her other Christmas things in a climate controlled warehouse. July of 2007 there was a terrible fire in the warehouse and she lost everything. Mom had a ton of very special Cat Christmas things and many Christmas ornaments that were her Mom and Grandmoms. Everything was gone except for a couple of things.

Mom was very sad that she lost all of her precious items. A few weeks ago she was looking on Ebay and found the same sweater she had...and she won the auction. Here is a full view of it.
