Friendly Fill-ins and Flashback Friday

1. So far this year, I have accomplished _Nowhere near as much as I had hoped_____.

2. My plans for October include __decluttering__and __donating____.

3. _Clearing out things__ may be difficult, but it’s worth it.

4. I don’t think I’ll ever master _the "minimalist" life_.

It's Flashback Friday too!   We remember how much fun Raz had with the Cat Scouts Cardwood Derby.  We wish they would do it again.  Here he is with his food truck!

Friendly Fill-ins

 We're pawticipating in Friendly Fill-ins sponsored by Four Legged Furballs and 15 and Meowing.

We're taking turns.  Mom did the first two (although we all agree with #2) Noelle did 3 and Raz did 4!

1. I wish I knew how to play __piano.   I took lessons as a little girl.

2. If offered a free trip to space, I would _politely refuse.  I prefer watching launches from the ground!

3. Spending time with Sawyer_ is the most exciting thing in my life right now.

4. I could give a long lecture on the topic of _TREATS!  (no surprise there!)__

Today is also Flashback Friday.  Angel Ellie helped Raz and Angel Allie make their firetruck for the Cat Scouts Cardwood Derby.  That was such fun and we wish it would happen again.

Cat Scout Monday

Hi everyone!  As you know, Allie and I are both Cat Scouts.  This weekend was the start of the Annual Cardwood Derby contest.  Every year we compete to make a pawsome vehicle that we hope will win!  The First year we did this race car...

Last year we did Raz's Food Truck...

This year we did a Fire Truck and as good Cat Scouts we reused our original box for the third time.  Cat Scouts are thrifty!

We named it Cat Scouts Fire Department Engine 55 because our Fire Station here is Station 55.  Here's a video of the assembly of Cat Scouts Fire Department Engine 55 with Scout Raz and pit crew Scout Allie.

We were the runners up in the competition and won a really cool engraved medal.  It arrived the other day and we are so proud to share it with you.

Remember our entry in the Cardwood Derby at Cat Scouts?

 

We want to thank everyone who voted for us!  We're proud to say that we won Runner Up for the Crowd Favorite (a tie with our pal Pete's Hippie Love Van), Runner up for the Most Creative (a 3 way tie with Scout Dora Tiger and Troublus Maximus’ Roman Chariot and
– Scout Newman and Scout Inky’s Stagecoach) and Third Place Overall!  We're really excited!  The competition was FIERCE this year and we're honored to have done so well!!

ManCat LadyCat Monday

As you know, Raz and Allie are both Cat Scouts.  On Saturday one of the biggest events in Cat Scouts started - the Cardwood Derby!   As you might remember, Raz and Allie pawticipated last time with this super duper race car.

This year they decided to do a Food Truck since Raz has one at Cat Scouts University and Raz and his pal Pete do Fish Fry at the Campfire.

The Food Truck is open in the evening too....notice the nice lights?

Here's a video showing how we made our car and all of the pawsome details of it.

Well....we're famous!!!  The Denmaster at Cat Scouts posted a link to a magazine that featured the Cardwood Derby.

ManCat Monday with Raz

A few months ago we had a competition at Cat Scouts called the Cardwood Derby.  Allie and I (with Mom's help) worked hard and built our car and won 3rd prize!!  We were really proud of it.  The only thing is...Mom had to lure me in with treats.

Fast forward a couple of months.....Now I go in it all the time....

Slurp, slurp, lick, lick.....

Hey....can a guy get some privacy???

What do I have to do to get privacy...turn on the high beams?...............zzzzzaaaappp!

ManCat Monday

Mom tends to go overboard with decorations!!  As you know, I'm a Bobcat rank Cat Scout.  A while ago we had a competition called the Cardwood Derby.   We love our Derby car and Mom doesn't have the heart to get rid of it.  So..............she decorated it for us!!!!
