The Adventures of Periwinkle and Stinky

 

Stinky was in the Teleportation Tunnel on his way to see his girlfriend, Periwinkle.  He couldn't wait to see her.  The Tunnel started to shake and he knew he was almost there.  He flew out of the tunnel, quickly hugged her and then was startled. "Raz?  What are you doing here?  Where is Periwinkle? said Stinky.  Raz looked as shocked as Stinky did.  He knew Periwinkle was always at the Teleportation Tunnel when Stinky arrived.  Raz called for Periwinkle and so did Stinky but there was no answer.  

Stinky went into the family room and Periwinkle, Reesie, and Periwinkle's Mom shouted "SURPRISE" which really DID surprise Stinky.   Periwinkle ran over to him, gave him a big hug, put a hat on his head, and lovingly tied a scarf around his neck.

"Periwinkle, what's going on?  Is this for ME?"  "Stinky, last year we had to have your birthday party late because of your walkabout (Stinky looked down, embarrassed about the walkabout) and I wanted to have a celebration early this year so this is your birthday party even though your birthday is Friday." 

Stinky looked around and saw decorations everywhere!!!  He hugged Periwinkle tightly and gave her whisker kisses.

"We had so much fun seeing the dinosaurs last week that I picked dinosaurs as your party theme," said Periwinkle.  Stinky couldn't wait to check out the big balloon and dinosaur display.

"OMC, look at this one!" he shouted and quickly ran off and hopped on.

Periwinkle cautioned him to keep his claws in or he would be flying off that dinosaur as quickly as he hopped on.

"You sure went all out with the decorations," said Stinky.  Periwinkle said she loved doing things for him which made him blush.

Periwinkle made plenty of noms, so they took their places at the table and Raz and Reesie served them.

They had pizza....

Real Live Dead Shrimp (no party can skip this treat)

"Don't forget to leave room for Cake.  Cooper Murphy outdid himself with fabulous cupcakes and a cake" said Periwinkle.  Stinky gasped when he saw the cupcakes and cake.

"Mau sure was a good teacher.  Cooper Murphy is almost as good as he was" said Stinky.   Periwinkle agreed.

"We have some nip toys to play with after we eat" said Periwinkle.  

They also took a selfie in the face in a hole photo background giggling the whole time.

They spent some time playing and they were tired and decided to take a nap.  Periwinkle surprised Stinky with a pawsome Dinosaur bed that she got for the party.  It only took a few minutes of snuggling and whisker kissing and they were both sound asleep.

When they woke up, it was time for Stinky to head home.  He thanked Reesie, Raz and Periwinkle's Mom for their help.  "Periwinkle, you are the very best girlfriend.  Thank you so much for my wonderful party" said Stinky.  Periwinkle said she had fun planning it.  She handed him a card to take home.   "Happy Birthday Stinky!  I am such a lucky girl and I love you so much" said Periwinkle as he entered the tunnel.

Stinky got into the Teleportation Tunnel smiling from ear to ear.  He was so glad he had such a sweet and thoughtful girlfriend.
