Sunday Selfies

 We're pawticipating in The Cat on My Head's Sunday Selfies today.

We decided to do an Ussie today.  Noelle has that look because she just heard we have to be good until Christmas because Santa is watching.

We decided to do an Ussie today.  Something odd is going on and Noelle and Raz were discussing it when they snapped an Ussie.  It's a little dark but, as you can see, they were deep in conversation.  Obviously, Raz is a bit concerned about what Noelle is telling him!

We did an Ussie this week!!!  As you can see, we were pretty tired and almost fell asleep taking it!

In Purrsuit of Flavors

 

This month's theme is Sweets for your Sweet.  Of course we cats don't eat candy but we figured your Moms and Dads do.  Ou recipe is for Easy Valentine Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients


12 ounce bag, Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons salted butter
14 ounce can, Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 ½ cups Dry Roasted Peanuts, salted
16 ounce bag, Mini Marshmallows
Valentine Sprinkles and candies Optional Toppings

Instructions

Line 13x9 pan with parchment or wax paper.
Melt chocolate chips, butter and condensed milk in a medium to large pan over medium/low heat, stirring constantly to keep it from scorching.
Once melted, remove chocolate mixture from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add peanuts and marshmallows into chocolate mixture.
Gently stir the ingredients.

Spread rocky road mixture into prepared pan and add Valentine’s sprinkles and/or candy decorations as desired.
Chill until set, approximately 2 - 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
