Ingredients
12 ounce bag, Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons salted butter
14 ounce can, Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 ½ cups Dry Roasted Peanuts, salted
16 ounce bag, Mini Marshmallows
Valentine Sprinkles and candies Optional Toppings
Instructions
Line 13x9 pan with parchment or wax paper.
Melt chocolate chips, butter and condensed milk in a medium to large pan over medium/low heat, stirring constantly to keep it from scorching.
Once melted, remove chocolate mixture from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add peanuts and marshmallows into chocolate mixture.
Gently stir the ingredients.
Spread rocky road mixture into prepared pan and add Valentine’s sprinkles and/or candy decorations as desired.
Chill until set, approximately 2 - 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve.

Absolutely love the photo of Raz and Noelle. It is like the one of Sawyer and Kizmet that mom posted recently. Our mom’s grandma always made rocky road at Christmas, but she used walnuts. This looks super yummy. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet with a bajillion whisker kisses from Sawyer for Noelle.
