UPDATE just before we posted this.....
Mom just got an email from a lady who is taking care of her son's kitty while he's deployed. Here is what it said:
My son is in the Army Reserves and his unit was called to active duty for 12
months. I have been watching his cat, Lexie, for him. Unfortunately, my roommate
sold her house and we have moved and are now living in an apartment that does
not allow pets. Lexie is an adorable 4yr old orange and white tabby. She is
declawed and spayed. she is very affectionate and playful and my son has had her
since she was a kitten. He is crazy about her and I would love to find someone
that would be willing to foster her until his gets home in November.
Mom and Dad are going to meet Lexie on Monday and we hope she will like us and come stay with us!
