Halloween is finally here - we sure hope we get TUNA!   Mom wasn't in the mood to put us in real costumes this year (which didn't bother US at ALL!)  Raz and Allie are going to the party at Scouts and  the Teaserween party at Angel Sammy and Teddy's today so they did get virtual costumes.

Friendly Fill-Ins and Shopping Around the World

Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

• 16 ounces cream cheese room temp
• 15 ounce canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice or use cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves
• 1-2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice SF syrup or sweetener of choice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a KitchenAid or stand mixer blend cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy about 5 minutes.
3. Taste and adjust sweetener to your liking if needed.
4. Pipe into serving glasses and top with cacao nibs or brown sugar sub .  Best if Chilled about an hour to set and thicken but still fantastic to enjoy immediately!
5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Cream Cheese  $4.28/ 2 pack (16 ounces)

Canned Pumpkin  $1.88

Heavy Cream  $3.24/ pint

Pumpkin Pie Spice  $3.99/1.12 ounce jar

Pumpkin SF or regular syrup  $7.99 for 750 ml bottle (Mom uses these syrups in tons of stuff)

It seems to Mom we're always TIRED

Except at 3am when we are wired.

Tired kitties all day long

Shrimp

We think if dinner is Shrimp

Mom shouldn't skimp.

Sunday Selfies

We've always had cardinals at our bird feeder but recently this guy has been visiting a LOT.  He took a selfie one day when he was here.

We've noticed that he shows up a lot when Mom is super down and leaky eyed.  We think it's Dad's spirit visiting Mom.
