Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

Our poem is titled....

Nowhere
Mr. Google is our friend
When poetry is penned.
To write a poem was the task
and Mr. Google we did ask.
The photo's amazing
The sun is not blazing.
It's Belhaven Bay Bridge
(we cheated a smidge)
Give a cheer to our tale
Of Bridge to Nowhere ale!

Here's what we found out about Belhaven Brewery when we searched Mr. Google for info on the photo!
...It  It's one of the oldest regional breweries in Scotland, with a commercial brewing history documented back to 1719, although it is probable that a brewery has existed on site since at least the middle ages. Belhaven Brewery was family owned until 1984 and since then has been subject to continual investment, and more recently the addition of a new Brewhouse in 2011.

The portfolio of products brewed at Belhaven is diverse and includes cask ales such as Belhaven IPA and 80/- as well as keg products, including Belhaven’s flagship brand and Scotland’s number one ale brand, Belhaven Best. You’ll find Belhaven beers across the globe, exported as far away as Australia
Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We're thankful that we get to pawticipate in so many fun events as part of the Cat Blogosphere.  Don't forget tomorrow is Dr. Seuss Day!

Thank you so much for your research ! I have been wondering abut this photo ever since Sammy K. posted it a week ago ! I couldn;t believe it was a bridge - I even wondered if it was part of the interstates submerged during last summer's hurricanes. Knowing what it really is makes me feel better ! (Nice poem too!)
