Sunday Selfies

I took my Selfies on my birthday.  Somehow my two sisfurs managed to photobomb BOTH photos!

This really should be a Photo Fail but I wanted to show you what was in the box.  A GINORMOUS tub of Temptations!

Mom said we were visiting Grandpa.

We knew the visit wouldn't be blah.

He took us on a hayride

Showed us his farm with pride

Into the back we'd happily climb.

We always had a super time.

We bet those kids made wonderful memories together with their Grandpa!

We are THANKFUL that all our friends continue to do well.  Raz is thankful for all the birthday wishes he got and for his birthday horoscope from his pal Marv from Cats-astropic Events!  He says it's all TRUE!  Thanks Marv!!

He also got this great card from his pal Teddy!!  Raz said it was okay to get it on the next day because it made his birthday last TWO days!!

Time

Long ago they roamed the earth

Giant creatures , large at birth

Times before Facebook

Even before real books!

Creatures we no longer see

All from a time before you and me.

Take some time every day

To remember that they've gone away.

Time to think about dinosaurs

Who flew around or walked on fours.

We wish we could go back in time

We'd take the time and on one we'd climb.

Do you think we'd stay on the ground

Or take the time to fly around?

Thankful Thursday

Allie (and Mauricio) are so Thankful for all their wonderful friends and all the special good thoughts and comments they have received since announcing their engagement.

As you know, Raz's birthday party them was legos.   Our pal Sammy from One Spoiled Cat posted this at the Cat Scouts party and we had to share it with you!

Isn't that adorable?   We're very THANKFUL for our special friends!!!

Raz is also THANKFUL for all the birthday wishes and cards he received.  He also received a very special card from his ladycat Madi by snail mail but he says it's private!

  

Thankful Thursday

I want to thank everyone who came to my birthday party and to everyone who left wonderful, compassionate comments  for us about Angel Cubby.  Mom's having a really hard time with his leaving and the love of the Cat Blogosphere helps to ease the pain.  Ellie, Allie and I are doing our best to help Mom through this.  We all miss Cubby a lot too.  Mom says the house is way too quiet now.

I'm also thankful that I got to try something special on my birthday - BACON!  I've heard that it's wonderful and my pal Sammy has bacon every Saturday.  I FINALLY got to try it for myself!!!
